I help women in their 40s understand the science of how they age, and use real food to change it.
I’m Chloe, a biochemist, health coach, and forager living in the Kent countryside with my husband Ben, our three children, and our whippet Willow.
I read Biochemistry (Molecular and Cellular) at Oxford University, and I have spent over twenty years teaching chemistry. I know how the body works. Which made it all the more frustrating when, in my forties, I couldn’t make mine work the way it used to.
I was exhausted by mid-afternoon. My hormones felt unpredictable. I was reading everything, trying everything, and still waking up tired. None of the generic advice (eat less, move more, take these supplements) connected the biology to the reality of what was actually happening in my body.
So I went back to first principles. I rebuilt my approach from the ground up: rooted in the science of epigenetics and cellular ageing, centred on real food, and shaped by the natural rhythms of the world outside my door. What I found changed how I age, and it is what I now teach other women in their forties.
A different approach to nutrition in your 40s
Food first, always
Real, seasonal, whole food contains the methyl donors, polyphenols, and fibre your cells need to age well. No supplement replaces it.
Evidence, not trends
I follow the research: randomised trials, cohort studies, honest evidence levels. I will always tell you the difference between what is proven and what is promising.
Finite, not forever
Sustainable change comes from an eight-week shift in understanding, not a lifetime of restriction. Learn the biology once, and it informs every meal for the rest of your life.
Your 40s are not a decline
The research on biological age and DNA methylation shows clearly that what you eat in the next eight weeks influences how old your cells behave. That is an opportunity, not a sentence.
Eight weeks to a measurably younger biological age
The Cellular Reset is the programme I built from everything I learned rebuilding my own health: an eight-week, food-first framework rooted in the science of DNA methylation and epigenetic ageing. No supplements required. No subscription. One payment of £97, and the Inner Circle is included.
A clinical trial showed a 3.23-year reduction in biological age in participants following this approach. I designed the programme to make that science accessible and actionable for women in their 40s.

“The scientifically based information is so helpful, and the food is genuinely delicious. I am grateful to have this programme to come back to.”

Where nutrition meets the natural world
My passion for foraging grew from a simple discovery: wild plants are nutritionally extraordinary. Compared to their cultivated counterparts, they are richer in minerals, polyphenols, and the very compounds that support hormonal health and cellular renewal.
I lead foraging workshops in the beautiful Kent countryside near Tunbridge Wells: three-hour experiences that take you from a warm welcome over a hot drink to a full foraging walk, hands-on identification, and a wild picnic lunch made from what we have gathered together.
Foraging is, to me, the purest expression of food as medicine. Free, abundant, and growing all around us.
