Booking takes two minutes and confirms by email immediately. Here is exactly how it works.

How booking works — simple, small groups, dates to suit you.

Step 1: Choose your date

Select the workshop date from the booking page. Each listing shows the location, duration, and what is in season for that walk.

Step 2: Pay

Payment is by card through the booking page. You will receive an email confirmation immediately, with your receipt and joining instructions.

Step 3: Before the day

You will receive a reminder email 48 hours before the walk, with the meeting point, what to wear, and what to bring. If you have any questions in the meantime, email chloe@chloearchard.com.

Cancellation and rescheduling

If you need to cancel, email me at least 72 hours before the walk for a full refund. Within 72 hours, I will offer you a place on the next available date instead. If I cancel the walk due to weather or other circumstances, you will have the choice of a full refund or a place on the rescheduled date.
