Eight weeks, £97, nothing to cancel

Three things to take from this article

  • The Cellular Reset is eight weeks of structured, food-first eating with no supplements required, no subscription, and nothing to cancel after you finish.
  • The programme is grounded in a randomised controlled trial showing a mean 3.23-year reduction in biological age, which is the strongest form of evidence available in nutrition research.
  • At £97 for eight weeks, The Cellular Reset costs less per week than most supplement regimens, with the science to justify every food choice it includes.

Let me be straightforward about what this post is. It is a clear, honest account of what The Cellular Reset is, what it costs, how long it takes, and what the evidence says. If you have been circling the programme for a while and you want the facts before you decide, this is the post for you.

Eight weeks. £97. Nothing to cancel.

That is the short version. Here is the longer one.

What the programme actually is

The Cellular Reset is an eight-week food-first programme designed to reduce your biological age through real food, structured eating windows, sleep hygiene, and targeted movement. It is not a diet in the sense of restriction. It is a nutritional intervention grounded in epigenetics, specifically in the research showing that what you eat directly influences the methylation patterns on your DNA, and therefore how quickly your cells age.

There are no supplements required. No finger-prick tests. No gadgets, no tracking apps, no subscription box arriving at your door. The programme runs on food you can buy in any supermarket, prepared in ways that are straightforward enough to fit into a working week.

Each week builds on the last. Week one establishes the foundation: methyl-donor foods at every main meal, a ten-hour eating window, and a consistent sleep routine. Weeks two through eight deepen the food variety, introduce specific polyphenol and prebiotic protocols, and address the cellular mechanisms of stress and inflammation. By week eight, the programme has worked systematically through every major lever of epigenetic age.

You get access to everything through The Cellular Reset platform: weekly guides, recipes, the science explained plainly, and my direct input. The Inner Circle is included in your one-off payment. No ongoing fees.

What the evidence shows

The programme is grounded in two studies by Dr Kara Fitzgerald and colleagues, and I want to be specific about what each one found, because the distinction matters.

The first is a randomised controlled trial (Fitzgerald et al., 2021, Aging, DOI: 10.18632/aging.202913). Forty-three healthy men aged 50 to 72 were randomised to an eight-week diet and lifestyle intervention or a control group. The intervention group showed a mean reduction in DNAmAge (the Horvath epigenetic clock) of 3.23 years compared to controls. This is a randomised trial with a control group: the strongest available form of evidence in nutrition science. The dietary component centred on methyl-donor foods and polyphenols, a ten-hour eating window, consistent sleep, and regular movement.

The second is a case series (Fitzgerald et al., 2023, six women). The women showed an average reduction of 4.60 years in biological age. This is weaker evidence by design: six participants, no control group, no randomisation. I mention it because it is directionally consistent with the RCT and raises the possibility that the response in women may be comparable or stronger. But it is a case series, and I cite it as such.

Together, these studies are the most direct evidence available that an eight-week food-based intervention can measurably shift biological age. They are not perfect, and the science is still developing. What they are is real, peer-reviewed, and specific enough to build a programme on.

Who it is for, and who it is not for

The Cellular Reset works best for women in their late 30s to mid-50s who are ready to use food as a primary tool for healthy ageing. You do not need any prior knowledge of epigenetics or nutrition science. The programme explains everything it asks you to do, and why.

It works particularly well if you are already eating reasonably well but feel that something is missing, if you have tried various approaches and not felt the sustained shift you were hoping for, or if you are drawn to the biological age framework and want to apply it practically rather than just read about it.

It is not a weight-loss programme, though some participants lose weight as a secondary effect of improved metabolic function. It is not a supplement protocol. It is not a quick fix. Eight weeks is a meaningful commitment, and the results reflect that.

If you are managing a serious medical condition, please speak to your GP before starting. The programme works alongside conventional medical care, but it does not replace it.

The cost, plainly

£97. One payment. That is it.

No monthly subscription. No supplement upsell. No annual renewal. The Inner Circle is included. When the eight weeks are done, the programme content stays accessible to you. You are not locked into anything.

For context: £97 for eight weeks works out at roughly £12 per week. Most of the supplement regimens I see marketed to women in midlife cost considerably more than that, with far less clinical evidence behind them.

If you want to start with the science before committing, The Cellular Reset ebook covers the full biological age framework and the food-first approach for £7. It is a thorough introduction, and many people find it enough to decide.

If you are still thinking, the post on why your tiredness is a biological age signal is a good place to sit with the idea a little longer. And the post on biological age reversal through food covers the full science in detail.
